How to cook Quinoa, Couscous, Rice, Millets?

Grains like rice, millets, quinoa and couscous make excellent partners to your lovely saucy or stir fry dishes. Here’s how much and how to cook these grains for 2 people.

If you are cooking for more or fewer people, proportionately change the ingredient quantity.
 As a general rule, if using these grains for salads reduce the amount of water a bit, while if you want is soupy or porridge like consistency and texture just increase the quantity.
