An amazingly simple yet delicious recipe from Hop Skip & Yum!
Among an eclectic array of leftover veggies at the end of the week I had two sweet corns in staring at me from the fridge. I thought of the Friday evening looked at the beautiful bottle of wine on the table and decided to turn them into a healthy platter of appetizer (which honestly turned out to be dinner), in about 15min my awesome creation was on the table. Also sharing my lazy peanut-yogurt chutney recipe which goes phenomenally with these savoury snacks and many more crispies.
Not to confuse anyone, idlis are savoury rice cakes that are steamed and originate from southern part of India. I have used an appe pan, which is used for making shallow fried mini, well appe, to make these healthy and ready in mins mini-idlis.
